Packages

Professional on the day set up service

  • We offer ceremony furniture setup as well as table setup, including the provision of necessary crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Additionally, we can also set your personalized items, such as candles. This service is perfect for you if you have arranged everything yourself and just need someone to do all the setup and final touches on the day.

  • Pricing for Add on option only: $755

  • Pricing included as part of a SC tipis Package : $650

    NB Based on 4hrs of setup, 2 staff (pending guest numbers).

  • Overwhelmed with the intricacies of the event? We can assist - offering support in logistics planning along with our on the day coordination services. We act as intermediaries with key vendors and ensure that all the components of your wedding align seamlessly on the big day, resulting in a smoothly executed event.

  • Pricing for Add on Option only: 7hrs - $2170, 10hrs - $2450

  • Pricing included as part of a SC tipis Package : 7hrs - $1920, 10hrs -$2160

PRICING DETAILS & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Pricing for add on – is a price based on you booking after booking with South Coast Tipis. Meaning if you book one of our services later on post booking the tipis and furniture, with a closer lead time, the full price will apply.

Pricing included as part of a South Coast Tipis package - Is pricing based on locking in at the same time as their tipi and furniture package. If additional hours or staff members are required for coordination closer to the event time, an additional cost of $80 per hour applies.

NB for all of our pricing, travel is included within 1.5hrs of Jervis Bay- generally down to the geographical areas of Bawley Point/Batemans Bay Bowral/Kangaroo Valley, Kiama/Shellharbour/Wollongong. Any distances travelled outside of these locations will attract a travel fee, pending location.

Availability is on a first in best dressed basis. We only take on a certain amount of bookings per month which is to ensure the delivery of a personalised and quality service to our clients.
